    Winter

    December to February

    Cool nights push roaches, rodents and spiders indoors looking for warmth. We seal up the outside and treat the spots they move into.

    Spring

    March to May

    Termite swarm season. Warm days bring out winged termites and busy ant colonies, so we check for swarms, mud tubes and new mounds.

    Summer

    June to September

    Rainy season. Downpours flood ant nests and push them inside, and palmetto bugs love the humidity. This is when the plan earns its keep.

What a visit covers

  • Outside first

    We treat the foundation, doors, windows, eaves and the gaps where bugs get in, so fewer make it inside.

  • Inside where they hide

    Kitchens, bathrooms, garages, closets and the other dark, damp spots bugs love.

  • Pool cages and wasps

    Web knockdown on regular-size pool cages, plus courtesy wasp-nest removal.

  • Fleas and ticks

    Inside the house, and in the yard when you add our monthly lawn care.

  • Bed bugs

    Treated with ULV (ultra low volume) cold fog. They’re covered on the quarterly plan. For a one-time bed bug treatment, call and we’ll talk it through.

  • We come back

    Quarterly plan members get free indoor emergency visits. One-time customers get a free re-service visit in the same month.

Bee hives, removed.

Bees build hives in walls, soffits, porch roofs and hollow trees, and a hive can get big fast. We remove them. Priced after we take a look.

Is it really $125 for any size home?

Yes. The one-time treatment is $125 whether your home is a condo or a big family house.

What’s the difference between one-time and the quarterly plan?

One-time is a single inside-and-outside treatment for $125, with a free re-service in the same month if the bugs come back. The quarterly plan is $475 a year, paid once, for four visits (one every 3 months) for any pests, plus free indoor emergency visits between treatments. It’s a 1-year agreement.

How does booking work?

Pick the one-time treatment or the quarterly plan, an open weekday and a two-hour arrival window, then pay securely through QuickBooks.

Do you use organic products?

Yes. We use organic products for our treatments. If you want to know exactly what we use, just ask and we’ll walk you through it.

Can I book a weekend?

Weekends are by appointment. Call 941-896-2852 and we’ll set it up.
