Home / Termites
Termite control that finds the problem first.
Florida has two big ones: subterranean termites that tunnel up from the soil, and drywood termites that live right inside the wood. We inspect first, then spot-treat with injections where they’re active.
Inspection firstthen a price for your home. No guessing.
Signs you might have termites
Termites stay hidden, so the clues are small. Seeing any of these is a good reason to call.
Mud tubes
Thin, pencil-wide tunnels of dirt running up foundation walls, piers or slabs. A classic sign of subterranean termites.
Discarded wings
Little piles of wings near windows, doors and lights, often after a spring swarm.
Droppings
Tiny pellets that look like sand or sawdust below wood, a sign of drywood termites.
Hollow or soft wood
Wood that sounds hollow when tapped, or paint that bubbles and blisters.
What termite damage looks like
Termites eat wood from the inside, so the damage often stays hidden until a wall is opened.

A siding corner, hollowed out.
Wall studs, eaten from the inside.
Mud and damage up at the ceiling.
Wood full of holes and tunnels.
