Home / Rodents & wildlife

Rodents and wildlife, moved out.

Scratching in the attic, droppings in the garage, a raccoon in the trash? We get rats and mice out and seal the gaps they use, and we catch raccoons and other wildlife in live traps.

Inspection firstthen a price once we’ve seen your property.

Signs of rats or mice

  • Noises at night

Scratching or scurrying in the attic, walls or ceiling after dark.

  • Droppings

Small dark droppings in attics, garages, cabinets or along walls.

  • Gnaw marks

Chewed wood, boxes, food packaging or wires.

  • Rub marks and nests

Greasy smudges along walls and shredded nesting material in quiet corners.

Raccoons and other wildlife, too.

Something raiding the trash, digging up the yard or living under the house? We catch raccoons and other nuisance wildlife in live traps and take them away.

How it works

  1. We inspect

We find where they’re living and, most importantly, how they’re getting in.

  2. We get them out

We remove the rodents that are already inside.

  3. We seal the way in

Exclusion: we seal the entry points so new ones can’t move in.

Questions

Ask Pete anything else, day or night, in English or Spanish.

How much does rodent or wildlife work cost?

We give you a price after we’ve seen your property and what you’re dealing with.

Do you seal the holes they use?

Yes. Sealing entry points (exclusion) is part of how we keep them out for good.

Are roof rats common here?

Yes. Roof rats are common in Florida. They’re good climbers and often get in through rooflines and attics.
